What I love about living in Dresden is that you can reach a lot of nice places on foot. Last Sunday we went for a walk and got the pleasure to appreciate an open-air circus at Alaunpark. It is so great to live minutes by foot from this place, every week there is some cultural events there.
Even after so many years in this city, I am still so amazed by the opportunities and experiences I have. In COVID times I was observing more the spectators than the show. It was interesting to see how people were avoiding or not social distancing. I also took some nice pics from people that climb on trees to avoid distancing and enjoy the circus, as you can see above. Notice how nice the tree climbers, the circus, the number of parked bikes, and how green and sunny it is.
After observing a bit of the circus and the number of people in the park, we kept walking around. Our next stop was at a cozy bar on a side street where I could enjoy the lasts days of sun in Germany with a nice drink.
As you notice I took the opportunity to be photographed as I was so happy that in September the sun is still shinning. The music was also excellent, some rock songs, really comfortable to hear while drinking a cold beer. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the waiter if was his collection or if I can find it on Spotify.
For the beer fans, I am drinking a non-alcoholic white beer called Franziskaner. It super tasty has less alcohol and also fewer calories (21 kcal pro 100 ml) perfect drink for a relaxing sunny Sunday.
